Whistleblower Policy

Paystack is committed to upholding the highest levels of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance across all regions where we operate.

What is Whistleblowing?

This refers to reporting genuine concerns about wrongdoing within Paystack. It includes illegal activities, fraud, misconduct, policy breaches, or unethical behavior that may harm the company, its people, or stakeholders.

Application and Scope

This policy applies to everyone acting on behalf of Paystack. It excludes personal grievances, petty or malicious reports, ongoing disciplinary matters, and issues before a court, which should be handled through internal people processes.

What Can Be Reported?

  • Criminal offenses (e.g. fraud, bribery, corruption, theft)
  • Breaches of laws, regulations, or Paystack policies
  • Financial misconduct or governance failures
  • Unethical conduct contrary to Paystack’s values
  • Actions harmful to health, safety, or the environment
  • Attempts to conceal any of the above

Who Should Speak Up?

All employees, customers, partners, vendors, and stakeholders are encouraged to report concerns about misconduct that has occurred, is ongoing, or is reasonably anticipated.

How to Report

Concerns may be reported through [email protected]. Reports can be made confidentially, partially anonymously, or anonymously, and must be made in good faith and based on reasonable belief.

Protection and Investigation

Paystack treats all whistleblowing reports confidentially and prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. All reports are assessed promptly and investigated, with appropriate corrective or disciplinary action taken where necessary.
