IP Notice

Dear Paystack Team,

I, the undersigned, hereby state:

• I am the IP Owner listed above, or I am authorized to act on behalf of the IP Owner;
• I have a good-faith belief that Paystack Services are being used in connection with the sale of goods or services that infringe the trademark, copyright, or other IP right(s) held by the IP Owner;
• The specific IP right(s) that I believe are infringed are:

• The specific good(s) and/or service(s) that I believe to be infringing said specific IP right(s) may be found at the following URL(s):

• The specific manner in which I believe each listed good or service infringes the listed IP rights is as follows:

• The following evidence suggests that the business in question is currently using the Paystack Services (Note: Please do not include card information as part of your IP Notice):

• I have included any documentation that I have submitted to the business/Paystack merchant directly notifying them of the allegedly infringing good(s) or service(s);
• I have a good faith belief that use of the IP right(s) described above and in the included screenshot URLs is not authorized by the IP Owner, or its agent, or the law;
• I understand and agree that Paystack may provide this notice in its entirety to the business(es) identified in the aforementioned URL(s) and/or screenshot URLs;
• I understand that Paystack may not be able to provide information to me about specific actions being taken in regard to the allegedly infringing good(s), service(s), and/or business(es) identified;
• I agree to indemnify Paystack, its affiliates, and their respective employees and agents (each a "Paystack Entity") against any claim, suit, demand, loss, liability, damage, action, or proceeding (each, a "Claim") brought by a third party against a Paystack Entity in connection with:
  • The removal of the good(s) or service(s) identified in this notice, or
  • The termination of the Paystack Service for the business(es) selling such good(s) or service(s);
• All information provided in this notice is true and complete.
